Code of Ethics

1. Respect for Autonomy

The autonomy and choice of the client are paramount throughout the sessions. Client participation in all sessions and practices is entirely voluntary. All practices are conducted based on prior explanation and consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Clients may stop or request to end a session for any reason, and the guide will fully respect that decision.

2. Maintenance of Professional Boundaries

Before accepting a session request, we carefully assess whether it falls within the scope of our expertise and whether we can provide appropriate assistance. If necessary, we may refer the client to other professionals or suggest appropriate alternatives.

Bliss & Instinct Institute maintains clear boundaries to ensure that sessions remain within the context of a safe, professional relationship. We facilitate sessions as guides and coaches to assist clients in somatic awareness; we do not serve as sexual partners or objects of sexual acts. We do not seek to satisfy our own emotional, psychological, or sexual needs through clients. We recognize the inherent power dynamic in the therapeutic relationship and use that influence solely for the benefit of the client.

Disclaimer: These sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. Our sessions focus on somatic awareness and the exploration of experience; we do not provide diagnosis, prescription, or medical treatment.

3. Creation of a Safe Environment

We prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.

  • Pleasure Demonstration: During pleasure work, practice demonstrations are conducted safely using genital models to facilitate educational understanding.

  • Respect for Boundaries: If sexual suggestions or confusion regarding boundaries arise during a session, the guide will maintain clear professional boundaries. If necessary, we will consult with external supervisors or advisors to ensure safety.

  • Health Condition: If a client's physical or mental condition is deemed unsuitable for a session, the guide may suspend or terminate the session and suggest a better alternative. Sessions will not be conducted if the client’s judgment is impaired (e.g., due to intoxication).

4. Limited Use of Hands-on

Bliss & Instinct Institute uses hands-on only in limited circumstances when necessary to assist with somatic awareness.

  • Consent: We obtain clear verbal consent from the client before applying any hands-on guidance. Clients may refuse or request to stop physical contact at any time, and the guide will comply immediately.

  • Professional Intent: All hands-on is conducted with a conscious attitude and professional purpose, solely to support the client's sensory awareness and growth.

5. Guarantee of Confidentiality

All client information and conversations shared during sessions are kept strictly confidential. If information is required for educational or research purposes, we will obtain prior consent from the client and guarantee absolute anonymity.

6. Respect for Intellectual Property

All practices and materials of the Bliss & Instinct Institute are protected by copyright. They are intended solely for the client's personal growth and experience. Teaching or transferring these practices to others for commercial or non-commercial purposes is prohibited.
