
Private Session
The Most Intimate Time to Meet Yourself
Private Session is a one-on-one, customized work focused on the client's body and senses. Based on the stability of the nervous system, we embark on a journey to find sensory balance and, furthermore, to awaken the client's body's inherent pleasure potential.
Private sessions consist of conversations and practices. In the first session, we identify the client's current body needs. After first session, we choose appropriate practices through conversations and continue our exploration based on the body's responses after the practices.
Clients can choose one of the three works below or gradually expand their experience with the guidance.

Types of Work
All the works are organically connected. While the three works cover different depths, they can all be selected and adjusted to suit your body's condition.

Deep Relaxation
This practice releases tension and freezes the body, shifting the nervous system into a safe mode. It frees you from the pressure of constantly having to do something and allows you to fully surrender to your physical experience. Through breathing, you release tension deep within your muscles and create a physical space for your body to heal itself. This becomes the starting point and solid foundation for all other practices.

Somatic practices for relaxation, such as 21 Breaths and Ocean Breath
This practice cultivates the ability to relax on your own at any time during your daily life, even after the session ends.
Apply for and Proceed with the Private Session
Sessions are by appointment only, and applications are accepted to ensure each client's unique physical condition and history is reflected in the work.
