The most intimate time to meet yourself
Private Sessions are conducted on a 1:1 customized task that focuses on the clients' bodies and senses. Focusing on the microscopic reactions and senses that occur in the body, the focus is on experiencing the current state as it is and experiencing the natural flow of senses.
Sessions are essentially made up of practices and conversations, with clients having the following experiences.

Relaxation
Understand the personal implications of tension and relaxation. Experience body relaxation and further embody the ability to relax on your own.

Regeneration
Explores the feelings of motivation and vitality that occur in the body. It strengthens motivation and vitality by utilizing internal and external resources.

Awareness
Experience and control different senses and learn to find our center. Understand that the body and mind are connected each other.

Self-acceptance
Realize the desire you explore through your body. In the process, you naturally accept yourself and experience growth and change.

Types of Work
All the works are organically connected. While the three works cover different depths, they can all be selected and adjusted to suit your body's condition.

Deep Relaxation
This practice releases tension and freezes the body, shifting the nervous system into a safe mode. It frees you from the pressure of constantly having to do something and allows you to fully surrender to your physical experience. Through breathing, you release tension deep within your muscles and create a physical space for your body to heal itself.

Somatic practices for relaxation, such as 21 Breaths and Ocean Breath
It helps those with trauma or chronic tension and develops the power to relax on their own at any time in their daily lives even after the session is over.
Apply for and Proceed with the Private Session
Private sessions are for women only and are pre-booked. We receive specific application to organize our work by reflecting different physical conditions and history for each client.

Discuss the objectives and details of the session through the pre-session (1 session).

Meet on the promised schedule and proceed with the formal session.
In the pre-session, the current client's body's needs are identified. In the subsequent session, the appropriate practice is selected through dialogue and the body's response after the practice is used as a resource to continue the exploration.
