Tantric Meditation
Tantric meditation is an approach that delicately recognizes the state of the body and mind based on breath and bodily sensations. In this practice, we observe the changes in tension and relaxation, density and expansion felt within the body, and establish a sensory standard that allows the body to self-regulate.
Tantric meditation has developed over a long tradition, focusing on direct experience and repetitive practice. It emphasizes learning about the state of the body through direct sensation and awareness. This meditation uses the Five Tibetan Elements (Fire, Earth, Space, Air, and Water) as a sensory language for understanding nature and humanity. It does not utilize any specific religion or belief, but rather focuses on physical experience and sensory awareness.

Meditation Sequence

1 / 21 breaths
This is the most basic meditation, where you count your breaths and become aware your body here and now.
2 / Color Breathing
Visualize light, recognize the sensations and flow of your body, and practice utilizing sound and imagery. This will help you organize your inner energy and prepare for deeper meditation.
3 / Elemental Meditation
By utilizing the shapes, colors, and sounds (mantras) of the five elements (fire, earth, space, air, and water), we regulate the body's energy and restore balance to the body and mind.
