
Private Small Group Workshop
In this private, small workshop, you'll embark on a deep exploration of body and mind with a group of 2-4 women, whom you've formed. You'll feel free to explore the honest questions and curiosities you might not normally share with your close friends. Small groups allow you to focus on each other's stories, mirroring each other's experiences and expanding your own world. Furthermore, through these intimate and honest conversations, you'll experience deep empathy and support as women, discovering your unique strengths. Through this journey, each group member will discover new understandings and possibilities for their body and mind, and the group will experience a precious time of connection like never before. You'll embark on a unique journey of growth with those closest to you.
Workshop topics
Please select one of the topics below and conduct a workshop.

1. Explore women's pleasure
You explore the pleasure potential of the female body. Based on a scientific understanding of the anatomy and function of the female genitalia, you embrace your body as it is. You explore your own pleasure by recognizing your genitals and self-pleasure (masturbation) without judgment.

2. Strengthen the pelvis before and after childbirth
You care for the pelvis, the most important foundation of a woman's body and mind before and after childbirth. Through awareness and movement of the pelvis, You strengthen its strength, facilitating an easier birth and quickly restoring physical balance and vitality after birth.

1. Explore women's pleasure
You experience the ancient wisdom of restoring balance between body and mind. Through the Five Elements Meditation, you learn to recognize and strengthen the energy within yourself by utilizing the unique colors, shapes, and sounds of each element. This will help you find inner peace and enhance balance and vitality in your life.

If you are pregnant, you should join in the workshop after sufficient consultation with your doctor.

There is a curriculum, but it can be done slowly or quickly to suit the group's pace.

It is a 90-minute session where you share the body sensations you experience through practices.
