This workshop helps awaken the wisdom of the pelvis, tailored to each stage of a woman's unique life journey. For those preparing for pregnancy, it's like building the healthiest and warmest home for baby. By strengthening the elasticity and flexibility of the pelvic floor muscles, it creates the optimal environment for life to take root. For expectant mothers, it provides the most reliable map for the grand journey ahead. By learning to control the pelvic floor muscles, you can trust your body's inherent strength and navigate the birth process with complete joy and confidence.
For postpartum mothers who have just given birth, it offers the ultimate gift, helping them re-center their bodies through rapid changes and restore tone to relaxed muscles, facilitating a quick and healthy recovery. For all women who have given birth, it's a time to fall deeply in love with their bodies again. It not only restores physical balance by toning weakened pelvic floor muscles after childbirth, but also safely awakens a sense of vitality that has been lost for a while, reclaiming the sensuality and vitality of being a true self, not just a mother.

Curriculum
The core of this workshop is Yoni Yoga. Yoni, meaning sacred space, is a way of honoring the female genitalia. Beyond simply squizzing the vagina, Yoni Yoga is a delicate and powerful practice that flexibly relaxes and contracts the entire pelvic floor muscles, expanding this sensation throughout the body along with the breath. The 4-week curriculum progresses through the following stages:
Awareness
Week 1
Understand the location and role
of your pelvic floor muscles
and recognize their movements
with your breathing.
Rhythm
Week 2
Experience the pleasure
of your pelvic floor muscles
by rhythmically releasing tension
around your pelvis.
Deep Control
Week 3
Control delicately
contraction and relaxation,
dramatically improving awareness of the PF muscles.
Integration
Week 4
Integrate advanced movements
and sensations over three weeks
to comfortably work the energy of it.

This workshop is a small, private workshop for 3-4 women and runs for 90 minutes every week.
